Terms and Conditions: Buy 3 Prepaid Service Repair Packages at the price of 2

Eligibility:

1.1 The Buy 3 Prepaid Service & Repair Packages (PSRP) at the price of 2 Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to first 100 SEAT/CUPRA vehicles who register themselves for the first time with Volkswagen Group Singapore.

Promotion Period:

2.1 The Promotion will commence on 1 June 2023 and will continue till the first 100 SEAT/CUPRA vehicles or 31 January 2024 (whichever earlier). (the "Promotion Period").

Promotion Details:

3.1. During the Promotion Period, customers can purchase three vehicle servicing packages and pay for only two packages.

3.2. PSRP offers start from 60,000KM and onwards.

3.3. The discount/the FOC servicing package will be applied to the lowest-priced vehicle servicing package in the purchase.

3.4 The PSRP comes with tiered Parts Discount and only applicable to the genuine parts.

3.4.1 The Parts Discount is applicable only to in-store purchases made at authorized Volkswagen Group Singapore service centre.

3.4.2 The Parts Discount is not applicable for insurance claims.

3.4.3 The Parts Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Volkswagen Group Singapore.

3.4.4 Higher parts discount of the PSRP packages purchased will apply from the date of purchase and its validity depends on the number of packages purchased. For example, if 3 servicing packages are purchased, the Parts discount will commence from the date of purchase and is valid for 3 years.

3.4.5 The Parts Discount is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items, and can only be used towards the purchase of genuine parts.

3.5 The PSRP is tailored to local requirements and may differ to the factory requirements.

Redemptions:

4.1 PSRP redemption is valid from the date of purchase and the end of date of redemption is dependent on the vehicle registration date, in which will be advised by the attending Service Advisor.

Limitations:

5.1 The Parts Discount is subject to availability of genuine parts and while stocks last.

5.2 In general, genuine parts refer to the vehicle original parts, however, Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to determine the genuine parts. For e.g. accessories, tyres and in-car cameras are not classified as Genuine Parts.

5.3 The Parts discount is not valid for wholesale or bulk purchases made by distributors or resellers.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Transferability:

6.1. The purchased vehicle servicing packages (PSRP) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6.2. Customers cannot transfer the servicing packages to another individual or request a refund for the unused portion of the packages.

General Conditions:

7.1 Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour.

7.2 Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any part thereof without prior notice and without any liability to the participants.

7.3 Volkswagen Group Singapore shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by participants or third parties arising from or in connection with the Promotion.

7.4 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, or damages arising from or related to the Promotion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1 The terms and conditions of the promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
